Save The Dates – 3CX Training in Christchurch and Auckland in September
Soft Solutions will be conducting both Basic and Advanced training days in Christchurch (September 22 and 23) and Auckland (September 29 and 30). The training will be covering essential concepts to install and manage 3CX v14 installations. You will also gain knowledge to pass the 3CX Basic and Advanced certified exams. Conducting the training will be Matt Carey – Technical Consultant – Soft Solutions and David Hadfield – General Manager – Ufone, along with Aaron Bhashkar – Business Development Manager – Soft Solutions. As version 14 has not been released yet, we don’t have a finalised agenda, however we have summarised the topics being covered at each day’s event. You are welcome to register for the events at the links below.

Grandstream UCM Training Webinar – 27 August
For those resellers looking at phone system options for small sites, the Grandstream UCM-61xx series delivers an on premise solution that provides all the common features required in a phone system, being able to use PSTN lines as failover and can register with any SIP provider supporting Open SIP standards. H-TEK Phones now available with Direct 3CX Integration
Soft Solutions is proud to introduce the H-TEK range of IP Phones to New Zealand. H-TEK is a phone manufacturer based out of China that offers value for money and direct integration with 3CX Phone System for Windows. The phones can be provisioned directly from 3CX’s administrative interface, without the need for additional templates. The phones use a proven industry-standard chipset from Texas Instruments. All of the phones offer HD Audio on the handset and speaker phone, support the standard range of codecs including G711a, G711u, G722 and G729, and are capable of network pass-through. Get Ready for 3CX v14
In preperation for the release of version 14, 3CX are recommending anyone using version 12.5 to update to the latest service pack (SP2). This will allow you to upgrade your settings to version 14 once it is released. You can read more about this here.
