Malwarebytes pilot Global MSP program in ANZ |  |

3CX releases v15.5 update 2 |  |
| Following a successful BETA 3CX has released update 2 for version 15.5. The new update includes QR code provisioning for mobile phones, hot desking on supported phones and the highly requested 302 redirect capability for external calls forwarding to mobile. This update is available to all customers who have current 3CX maintenance and is a simple download from the 3CX Management Console. For more on this update, please see the 3CX release post. |

ManageEngine sets up a green screen experience at this year’s ALGIM conference |  |
| ManageEngine has been supporting ALGIM (Association of Local Government Information Management) for more than 5 years and this year the key message from us was around “End to end IT Management with ServiceDesk Plus”. With over 20 councils using ManageEngine, it was relevant for us to was to demonstrate the efficiency available to ManageEngine customers that they can drive, desktop management, Active Directory management, password management and operations management out of their control centre which is Service Management. On a fun note, everyone had a great time taking photos at our green screen booth and we won “Best All-Round Exhibitor”. As the world population continues to expand, so does the number of outdoor lights. Using images captured over months from NASA satellites researches were able to identify that night is most parts of the world is getting brighter. Advance 1-day course focuses on extending your service desk, incorporating the advanced functionality provided with the Problem, Change and Asset management modules, CMDB, contracts and purchasing.
