ShadowXafe v2.0 is a backup, storage and disaster recovery solution from StorageCraft. It’s known for its ability to virtualise a server in milliseconds. It’s a reliable, flexible recovery solution for both physical and virtual environments. With v2.0’s launch last week, there’s a raft of new features to make your life as a service provider easier. With new compatibility for Hyper-V environments, you can tap into a broader customer base. All new MSP pricing, also allows easier trial / adoption without fixed commitments.

  • Per-customer discovery, management, and reporting. Reports can now be viewed per site. Also automate scheduled reports, and send via email.
  • OS Support – Windows Server 2019, 7 & 10
  • NAT traversal (tunneling) for simple multi-site ShadowXafe communication.
  • Cloud seed drive support with policy setting and automatic detection.
  • ConnectWise integration. 2-way ticketing for backup health.

 

New pricing and plans

 

  • MSP monthly subscription now available with pricing per VM, physical server, workstation, cloud bundles, cloud incidentals.
  • Volume based discounts, based on monthly commitments for 12 months.
  • Pricing available from early July 2019.
