Changes to the VoIP Team at Soft Solutions

With the continued growth of VoIP technologies, Megan Twentyman has recently taken on the responsibility of Brand Management for our VoIP technologies. Megan’s responsibilities include long-term strategies for marketing the VoIP solutions, organizing events and updates and communicating with our partners. Megan has been with Soft Solutions for over 8 years as Brand Manager for some of our other key brands and brings a wealth of experience with over 20 years of IT Distribution knowledge to the role.

By adding this headcount to the VoIP space it’s released some much needed time for our inhouse VoIP Guru Matt Carey to focus on his technical and sales enablement role working with and alongside our partners to grow your inhouse knowledge and expertise of the VoIP product solutions. Matt is a valuable resource that can offer a chargeable service to you our partners to assist with remote enablement sessions to ensure deployments go smoothly. He’s also looking forward to delivering VoIP update sessions and Basic technical training around the country in the remainder of 2018.
