3CX Version 15.5 has Arrived
3CX has hit the ground running with their new version 15.5. New in this release include a Web Client giving a new visual look for extensions, setting up web conferences and chat. The Web Client also includes remote phone control for 3CX supported IP Phones and the 3CX softphones for all platforms. The Hotel Module has also returned and is now included with the Pro edition of 3CX.

3CX Basic Training in Christchurch 27 June 2017
A reminder that we’re conducting training on 3CX in Christchurch on June 27. This training is open to all new or active 3CX Partners and is aimed at pre-sales and support technical personnel tasked with the responsibility of promoting, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting 3CX client installations. The training will also allow you to complete the 3CX Training Basic and covers off some information needed for the Intermediate certification.

Our templates for Grandstream devices for use with 3CX Phone system have recently been updated for use with version 15.5, you can find the latest ones available here. Note that these are now arranged based upon the month and year they were last revised.
Grandstream ATA’s – What you don’t know!
ATA adaptors allow analogue phones to connect to digital SIP connections. In 2002, Grandstream ended up being one of the very first vendors manufacturing these devices. What you might not know about is the added features Grandstream have added to their ATA’s, read more about this on the Grandstream website.
Sennheiser Integration with 3CX version 15.5
3CX have announced integration with a number of Sennheiser devices and the 3CX Windows Client. The functionality has been extended to all editions of 3CX version 15.5. Read more on the 3CX blog or contact our VoIP team for more information.
