New Grandstream DECT Solution Now AvailableThe new Grandstream DP720 is a DECT cordless VoIP phone that allows users to mobilise their VoIP network throughout any business, warehouse, retail store and residential environment. The DP720’s are supported by Grandstream’s DP750 DECT VoIP base station. Up to five DP720 handsets are supported on each DP750 while each DP720 supports a range of up to 300 meters outdoors and 50 meters indoors from the base station. This DP750 supports up to 10 SIP accounts and 4 concurrent calls while also offering 3-way voice conferencing, full HD audio and integrated PoE. If the DP750 connects to one SIP trunk and has multiple DECT phones connected, the DP750 can be configured to create a ring group to ring all, ring in sequential order, ring in circular mode (sequential starting from the phone next to the one that answered last) or shared mode (they all share the same line similar to analogue phone connections). The base station does not include a handset, you have to buy at least one DP720 handset for each DP750 base station. We are offering our reseller partners a special deal with our first shipment of DP720’s and DP750’s, which is priced at 20% off normal dealer pricing – limited to one unit of each per reseller. The DP720 retails for $101 ex GST, the DP750 Base Station at $107 ex GST. Please mention “launch special” when you order. 3CX Version 15 Releases on 7th July 20163CX has just released an updated BETA for the new release v15, which is due for release on 7th July 2016 NZ Time. With version 15, there is a new interface, and a new installation routine. 3CX are also now hosting their own FQDN server so that users without control of their own DNS can request traffic to be sent via 3CX’s DNS server to their static IP address. There are also numerous updates in functionality and support. You can download the new BETA at: http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v15-beta-uc-pbx/. You will need to fill out a form to obtain a license key that you can use in the BETA release at: http://www.3cx.com/phone-system/download-free-pbx/. We have also been advised that 3CX will be updating their pricing when the new version releases. Our current pricing for 3CX is valid up until the 6th of July. 3CX to offer one free SPLA license to Active 3CX PartnersThat’s right – current active 3CX partners will receive one free SPLA (one year) license of 3CX Phone System version 15 based on their current partner status. The size of the license 3CX will be gifting is based on the partner level reached by the end of this quarter (30th June 2016). Affiliate Partners will receive a 4-SC Standard license, Silver Partners an 8-SC Standard license, Gold and Platinum an 8-SC Professional license. If you purchase licenses for stock before the end of the quarter, this will count towards the amount of points accumulated. You will receive the free licenses by 5th of July.
