Price revisions for 2021
N-able’s pricing has remained static for a while, when other RMM vendors have increased their pricing. Over this period, N-able has also invested in more product features / resources, to help you grow (such as the MSP Institute). While price increases are inevitable, these reasons help explain the need to re-adjust prices (or price revisions). Apart from AV, increases are planned for up to five percent per invoice, starting with the June, 2021 invoice. For partners with an existing term contract, the new pricing will be effective on your next renewal.
Changes at a high level:
- Current Price Book
- Increase of 5%, not to exceed list price, on all features except AV.
- Managed AV list price increase of 10%. Note EDR pricing is unchanged.
- Legacy Price Book
- Increase of 5%.
