A 2-day course covering initial configuration, Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management, service catalogue and reporting.

Professional Services

We offer a range of professional services to assist you with getting your ManageEngine applications installed, configured and being used in accordance with best practice. These can be independent or combined with training to ensure your team members gain the skills to manage the application moving forward.

Process Design Consulting

A successful implementation depends on well-defined and documented processes, no matter how good the tool used is. In particular, effective Service Management requires an understanding of the relevant ITIL processes, and how they are to be applied to fulfil the organisation’s requirements. Our consultants can provide assistance with defining these processes, and effectively mapping them to the functionality of the application.

Implementation & configuration

Despite the best intentions, in today’s environment of tight resources, it is often difficult to schedule sufficient time to properly install and configure an application. Our services can range from a full implementation including process design, through to configuring settings in a module or the entire application
