Yealink have recently released several new generation headsets and portable speaker phones – many of which are also Microsoft Teams certified. Our Senior VoIP Engineer has completed testing to confirm how the headsets integrate with 3CX and can report they work well.
The new generation headset range from Yealink, features essential and premium DECT wireless headset options.
There is a plugin required for the headset(s) to use their full functionality with 3CX. Once the plugin is installed correctly, you can conveniently answer/end calls; mute/unmute calls and manage the volume with the Yealink headsets.

This plugin applies to Yealink models: WH62, WH63, WH66, WH67, UH33, UH34, CP700 and CP900.
