3CX technical training in Christchurch April 2019

3CX are returning to New Zealand to run Intermediate and Advanced Technical Certifications in Christchurch this April. These events will take place on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd April 2019. Nicholas Paras, 3CX’s Technical Trainer is travelling from Cyprus to run these sessions and will be supported by Soft Solutions’ team members.

These Technical Training Certifications require that you hold the previous certification before sitting the exam. A pre-requisite of attending these training sessions is to hold the Basic Certification, which can be completed online here.

The key benefits for your organization to hold higher technical certifications are:

  • Enable your team to handle larger, more complex 3CX deployments.
  • Make your team more efficient, therefore saving time and money with installations.
  • Enable your team to charge for services around the technology.

The training sessions are split with Intermediate on day 1 and Advanced on day 2. The expectation is that exams will be sat at the completion of each day. Don’t worry, exams are open book. Bookings are now open and spaces are strictly limited:
